I was referred to Dr Pachaidee by my primary due to a positive ANA. The Dr was very friendly and put me at ease immediately. She explained what the implications were and that in my case there was no need at all for concern. The test being barely above normal limits and having no symptoms other than old age. She advised that should I develop anything, to contact her. A very pleasant experience.

I had my appointments all set up for both my Dr.'s appoint and another one for my Prolio shot. I found the nurse changed everything and did not advise me. Once I saw the Doctor, we got everything sorted out. Dr. Pachaidee is very good but every note I sent to her, the nurse intercepted and replied to.

All the care providers were amazing. The main heartburn was in the administration not communicating charges effectively and surprise billings. If I would have known I had to pay almost $400 for a 15 minute visit with an hour wait away from my family, I simply would not have gone in.

I went to the doctor for my 6 month Prolia shot.. She told me that she would see me every 6 months but that I had to get my Prolia shot at the Cleveland Clinic North Infusion Center..she is at Cleveland Clinic .South I am 87 years old why can't I get the shot as I always have from her instead of making another appointment somewhere else .. It makes no sense for me to have to travel to two different places to get my Prolia shot..

My personal response to this doctor is that she gave th impression of being a rather cold person who did give me th cortisone shot that was/is helpful but she seemed impatient and I did not feel very comfortable w her. Her staff was warm and seemed supportive . I wasn't in there very long.

I have Prolia injections twice a year. It worked out fine getting them at the doctor's office. Now I have to go to an extra appointment. What was a simple appointment has just been complicated.

I am very pleased with Dr Paichaidee. It is often difficult to get through on the phone, to all CC offices. I realize that this area is booming, however a patient needs to be able to hear from his/her drs office, nurse, etc within the day of the call.
