Caroline Mattel Diaz is a true gem. Her knowledge, bedside manner and overall demeanor are so incredible. Caroline is one of the many reasons I continue to choose Cleveland Clinic.

Caroline Metzel always greets you in a positive manner. She listens to any/all concerns does not brush you off. She wants to get to the root of causes. Treats you like you are important and seems to genuinely care.

Caroline is THE BEST PA I've ever come in contact with. She listens to my concerns & addresses them accordingly. She explains everything to me in a manner that I can understand it. She's knowledgeable, personable, kind, compassionate, & caring. I would DEFINITELY recommend her to everyone.

Caroline Metzel Diaz is incredible and is a HUGE part of why I love the care I receive at Cleveland Clinic. As someone who works in healthcare, and has been through many systems, I hope you realize what a gem Caroline is and that she's recognized accordingly! She is knowledgeable, caring, always goes above and beyond for her patients, and yet is so down-to-earth and easy to talk to.
