Cleveland Clinic is amazing, I understand why people travel from afar. Dr. Pederson and her staff are kind, caring and take time to explain medical terms and conditions. I will recommend the Breast Center to all. Such a difference to know results and the tenderness of all who work there.

Dr Peterson and the staff at the Breast Center are outstanding. Dr Peterson is highly competent, caring, accessible. The Clinic is fortunate to have her as a physician at the Breast Center!

Dr. Pederson always goes above and beyond addressing all of my health care concerns - even giving suggestions on referrals for any other issues I may be having. She is thorough, attentive, knowledgeable and has excellent dr. / patient skills

Dr. Pedersen called me the very next day after my bone density to verbally give me the results

Had to wait roughly an hour to see the provider, but she did apologize and was very nice

Dr. Peterson is knowledgeable and kind, but she scolded me for seeing her for a follow-up visit and made me feel as though she did not want to be my provider. I have seen Nurse Practitioners for many different visit types and have no problem continuing this practice, but the NP that works with Dr. Peterson could not answer my questions at the visit and I felt I needed to continue my care with Dr. Peterson. The way she made me feel makes me question if I want to return to her, as new patients appear to be more important than maintaining a relationship with existing patients.

Dr. Pederson was the first Dr. to inquire about my Ashkenazi heritage-I had no idea this increased my chances of having breast cancer-I was very well informed before leaving her office. She is wonderful!

The information about the prescribed drug is very complex. Understanding the risks in a short appointment is very challenging for me and I'm reasonably well educated. Dr. Pederson was very clear that she was available for a follow up to discuss more questions, which was very nice.

Dr. Pederson was fantastic and instilled an immediate sense of confidence. For the first time, I feel like I have a solid understanding of my risks for breast cancer and what I can do to mitigate those risks. I feel like I am in good hands and am most grateful.

Dr. Pederson is fantastic, she allowed me to take part in decisions after discussing options. Greatest bedside manner of any doctor I have ever come into contact with. A true wealth of knowledge which left me confident that I am in great hands.

I don't like being called "Sweetie" -- it shows a lack of respect. I felt I was being talked down to throughout the appointment. Regarding future care, I'd like to know what to expect and not hear that I'll find out later when I will need the information.
