My meeting with Dr. Bhattacharya and the scheduling of various tests were prearranged. I was not at all familiar with the Cleveland Clinic but the signs, markers, and especially the guides in the red jackets were very helpful. In had no problem getting to where I needed to be.

Reviewed on Aug 25, 2021

My interest was centered on heart transplants. Dr. Bhattacharya explained the new levels used by Cleveland Clinic and where I would likely be placed. He also explained that since I recently had LVAD surgery and lost a significant amount of weight, I would be in a better position if I would gain back my weight and strength. His comments were very helpful and encouraging.

I appreciated the fact that the day following my visit I felt uncertain about whether I should get the Covit-19 vaccination and the answer was given the next day. Dr. Shawn (?) has enormous shoes to fill resulting from the death of my previous doctor last year. I am very confident I will have the same great care as I have had for the past 8 years following my heart transplant.
