Reviewed on Feb 25, 2019

Dr. Goldman is extremely smart and is helpful in providing options to serve my condition of incontinence. I will be taking Botox in April. My problem is I don't ever get enough time with him. He is always in a rush. His empathy skills are not very good. Extremely good doctor but could be more sensitive to the feelings of his patients.

This was a telephone consultation and it went very well. in October 2018 I was seen and treated by Dr Goldman in Cleveland and was impressed with the whole working of this giant institution . Not only was the treatement excellent, courteous and working like a clockwork, but even all the people working there were kind and solicitous. We were most impressed that such a place really existed.

the provider had another doctor interview me before he came in. my issues were not easy to talk about and the doctors assistant was not caring, sympathetic, understanding or comfortable to be with. and there was another guy in the room who just listened. it was easier to talk to Dr goldman but still not great. I was never completely comfortable talking about my issues.

Dr. was very thorough compared to other Doctors I have seen and covered all my questions to my satisfaction. I did not feel rushed.

Reviewed on Nov 8, 2018

Dr Goldman was more personable at my last appointment. I felt that he was invested in my care. I did have to wait over an hour after my appointment time to see him. I feel that this was the reason why he was attentive to what I had to say about my medical condition. I was going to change provider. Normally I dion't feel heard by him. I usually feel dissatisfied with my encounter with Goldman

I would recommend this doctor to family and friends.
