I think it was a waste of time. Was examined and spent 10 mins talking to me did not even want to look at docs I brought with me he said I hear this from 100s of women each day. Gave me little hope that I would be infection free. Sounded like he did not want to be there. Gave me a prescrip for estrogen and that was it . I drove from Virginia beach, Va to spend 10 mins with the doc. No blood work. I didn't have an estrogen problem it was a urinary infection. Not a good experience at all!

This is a tough area to rate because there really anything done that day but for me to share my symptoms. I was informed that they would run test etc that day however that was not the case. Just my information was provide and then the 2nd Dr told me what testing I needed to have done before he could talk about a plan of care. My concern was that I drove 4hrs one way to get there when basically I could of done this over the phone. The first Dr which was female asked me the same guestions that I spent 2hrs on filling out on line. I was very detailed and made sure that my past history was available for them. I said to the female Dr I filled all this out and her reply. was....have you seen this you know how it is with all this information on line it is easier just for me to ask. Hmmmm

We came for an Executive Health test, and I also needed to schedule other appointments. Our scheduler did a masterful job coordinating everything for the 2 days we were there. Dr. Vasavada was wonderful and I hope to see him in about another year. If I have to have a stent put in next week, I will have to wait a year before I go off Plavix. Cleveland Clinic is a wonderful place and I am so appreciative of the care I receive there.

Very caring doctor. I will be back as soon as my heart issues are treated.

I was scheduled for an appointment with Dr. Vij but unfortunately when I arrived she only saw male's. I had to pay air faire, hotel, rental car to get to Cleveland. After telling Dr. Vij that I had traveled so far my appointment and that I had been in pain since July 2020 she was able to get Dr. Vasavada while he was leaving surgery and he was kind enough to see me briefly. He tried to get me an injection thinking he may be related to muscle but they were unable to do so. I am back in Ky with same pain. I am very disappointed in what is supposed to be the best place to go. I did like Dr. Vasavada who was very busy and didn't have to do what he did for me. Unfortunately I am so far away that it is hard for me to come back and see him because the cost is so much.

A person-to-person visit is far preferable to me, but given these abnormal times, I wouldn't risk going to a medical appointment if I could do it virtually with my physician.

Reviewed on Jan 25, 2021

I like the more personal touch of sitting across from my provider, think it might be better for both parties to "read" each other. My questions (via MyChart) were answered in a short time frame and will be addressed in another virtual appointment.
