Mario Rodriguez is phenomenal! We appreciate his warm and caring demeanor which eases the patient's, in this case my Mom at 92 from the moment he enters the room. His knowledge and ability to convey treatment for her condition (type 2 Diabetes) in a manner my Mom understands and is receptive is priceless. Mario listens attentively, answers any questions and allows the patient to understand the importance of care in a caring fashion where the patient wants to follow his treatment plan without fear nor intimidation. Mario also allows the caretaker (in this case me), to better understand how to be more helpful in the process of care. He also recommends the best course of treatment to achieve and maintain the A1C levels at a healthy level for each individual patient. My Mom and I are grateful for Mario and appreciate his efforts to keep her healthy more than words can say. He's priceless and an asset to the Endocrinology Dept and Cleveland Clinic. Thank you.

For this visit, everything went very good. I emailed about my bloodwork and calcium levels and received a quick response within a within a couple of days after bloodwork I was contacted immediately and was set up with Dr. Rodriguez to discuss.

Talking to Dr Rodriguez he was very pleasant, calm and not in a rush. Listened to everything I had to say. I'm not a physician, but it is nice to be able to share with a physician things that you're feeling or be able to highlight areas of concern that might turn the light on for them also. Being open to Feedback that's great. He made me feel that his advice or direction on healthier ways was excepted by me because we're building trust in a short amount of time. He also set up blood work for me in my chart in three months to keep an eye on levels. I would definitely recommend him. That's why I'm doing the survey especially on my first interaction.

Dr. Rodriguez is amazing. He is so very knowledgeable and approachable. He listens well and has a fantastic 'bedside' manner. It would be a terrible mistake should Cleveland Clinic not keep him. I for one would follow his practice. He is amazing and I feel very well cared for when under his care.
