Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.

As of 8/18/2021, Dr. Stevens has reported no financial relationship with industry that is applicable to this listing. I know where most medical Professionals stand in In regards to the Covid vaccination however with my NF I believe there is a risk for me personally in my opinion to take the shot in which I would like to have an exempt and Dr. Stevens does not agree with me in that regard . I respect his opinion and will continue to have him as my doctor as I have always enjoyed having him as my doctor he's extremely knowledgeable and very smart. However I live in fear every day of my NF getting worse and for that reason I am completely against taking the shot and I can't expect anyone to understand because they don't have The fear I have every day with my condition worsening.

Dr. Stevens discussed my condition more than any other care provider I've ever had at the CC. He explained things so they were clear and drew a diagram just to help me understand my condition.

In the past CC would contact me. I called early to schedule my appointment when I wanted it. Coming from Texas that was important. I called Dr. Stevens office and she scheduled my MRI and Dr visit immediately. It was just what I requested.
