Dr. Silver received her bachelor and Master’s degree in speech pathology and audiology from San Jose State University in California in 994-1995 and her doctorate in audiology from University of Florida in 2001. She is a senior audiologist at Cleveland Clinic Florida and combines interests in Speech Perception by the hearing-impaired, amplification, vestibular diagnostics and treatment, and issues of student training and mentorship. She spent her early career doing research in hearing science and started practicing clinical audiology in various academic and hospital settings in 1998. She has joined the Cleveland Clinic in 2006.
Silver has written a number of articles and abstracts that have appeared in peer-reviewed publications. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Everything was great! Easy making the appointment, easy going to the appointment, Dr. Silver was fantastic and hysterically funny, and explained everything super well. Only gripe with Cleveland clinic in general is that it seems to be nearly impossible to reach human beings on the phone, let alone your actual provider.

I would happily recommend Dr. Silver to anyone I know that needs hearing evaluations or hearing aids. She's a joy to talk to and I couldn't stop laughing the whole time because she was so dang funny! She even referred me to a study in UCF because of my hyperacusis, and I am now on their contact list to help science understand my condition better :)

Was told I have crystals in my ear causing vertigo . I have never heard of crystals . She acted as if I should know everyone knows .

In the past 11 months of my post brain surgery, Inna Silver is primarily one of the only health care professionals who actually speaks the unveiled truth and doesn't beat around the bush. She is truly a breath of fresh air in an our otherwise airbrushed medical world. She was engaged in finding the root cause of my horrible issues and offered me a hope and suggestions moving forward towards my recovery.
