I had been very sick, and Jennifer was totally on top of my condition, tests, results and interested in my progress and what I was doing on my end as directed. She was very reassuring, positive and gave me hope which meant so much to me.

As a double organ transplant recipient I have been in and out of hospital many times, I had the transplant on July 21st this year. I have nothing but awesome reviews for the hospital and staff, I was just a few hours from passing when surgeon came and got me to prep for surgery, my daughter even said to the surgeon that I'm not going to make it, he told her to just hang on, I had already turned gray, the next morning when surgeon came into my room my daughter said that I looked so much better and she thought that I would make it, the surgeon said absolutely!!' I'm still here because of entire staff and hospital, I tell everyone about my experience and tell them there's no other hospital for me, I even posted on-line about my experience and I had over 14 thousand responses, when the doctors release me I will be a spokesperson for transplant and Cleveland Clinic!! Thank you again from me, my daughter and 8 year old grandson!!

Ms. Jennifer Fritz is incredible at making one feel comfortable and she always listens and is a real true sweetheart of a person! My Angel.....If everyone could only be half of what the person she is, this whole health situation could be so much better off. A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
