This was my first visit with the NP and I would see her over the doctor any day! She made me feel comfortable and listened to me.

I answered these questions based on the phone visit rather than the video visit. I rated the ease of care not so much for Elizabeth but Dr. Unithan. I forgot to ask about the renewal of my second prescription while talking to Elizabeth. I asked about it in a MyCart message to Elizabeth, but Dr. Unithan answered. She said it had been renewed. Two days later when I checked, the prescription was not at the pharmacy. I had to MyCart message Dr. Unithan about it and then it was sent to the pharmacy. It is fortunate that I wasn't out of medication and this happened - I should only have to ask once. I do realize that things are more complicated now with COVID 19, but calling in a prescription hasn't changed.
