very demeaning attitude and dismissed my history of my problem and past treatment. 2 days later I saw a different orthopedic doctor who treated my condition and provided prompt relief of my symptoms.

Dr Miniaci- Coxhead is a wonderful Dr. She cares about each and everyone of her patients. I asked her about another concern about my mom surgery foot and she knew exactly what it was and made suggestions for how to resolve the problem. Thank you so much I wish you well. You made my recovery from my broken ankle feel stress free.

Of all doctors I've had at clinic, Dr. Miniaci's office (and Dr. Miniaci herself) has been the easiest to contact and the quickest to respond.

I felt very rushed by the provider once in the room. I did not feel that she had much interest about my problem and that there is still something going on. I guess if its not about surgery it is not that important.

I love Dr. Miniaci. She was very thorough in explaining my broken bones. She gave me several treatment option - pros and cons of each. She showed me my xrays at each visit and talked about my progress. She encouraged physical therapy and the importance of regaining range of motion and strength especially since I'm a senior. I'm well on my way to a full recovery. She's a very good doctor. I highly recommend her.

Dr. is outstanding in all areas above - listened very carefully to concerns, clearly described possible causes AND how to address these causes, included future possibilities as well. Ordered X-ray based on my symptoms and clearly outlined where care would go from there.

i came to Cleveland from Pittsburgh because I thought I would get better care than I was receiving here. the doctor was extremely rushed to get to her surgery. for example, as she was asking about my family radical history after getting three pieces of information she just moved on to her next topic. she didn't even get my complete medical history.she did a quick loo at my feet and said all she could offer was surgery on one and some pads for the other. I came to Cleveland because of the supposed experise and excellence in orthopedic medicine. I understand that from her surgical perspective that is all she can offer but I would have expected a more thinking outside the box approach to medicine and problems at CC. I was extremely disappointed in my visit and with this provider.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Coxhead. It was well worth the drive of almost 1100 miles to see her. Very impressed by her patient care and listening to the concerns of the patient. I respect her advise as an orthopedic surgeon and have told many of my friends and family of how much I appreciated being seen by her for my healthcare concern on this day.

I love Dr Miniaci's thoroughness. I admire her straightforwardness and ability to give suggestions of ways to resolve whatever problem has come up. I was having pain in my foot and she said that the metal plate might be interfering with the tendon and causing the pain. Her suggestion was to take the hardware back out and also said that I would be in a boot for six weeks. I appreciated her telling me about my options and enjoy coming to see her. She's a great Dr.

provider did not listen to my concerns about pain and i felt that she did not help me to the best of her ability and that the visit was a waste of time and just an unnecessary bill to my insurance.

I fractured my ankle 6/27/18 and was on a waiting list for 2 days waiting for an appointment. I called the following week on Tuesday July 3rd for an appointment and the soonest I could get in was July 9th. Care @ Willoughby Hills express and my appointment with Dr. Miniaci-Coxhead was excellent. Trying to get an appointment was a nightmare. Luckily a friend had an aircast I could borrow until I saw the physician.

Difficulty in getting an appointment as a follow up to ER visit. I was in ER evening of 06/21 (Thursday), instructed to call/make an appt with Orthopaedics the next day (Friday)...was put on waitlist. Was squeezed in by the doc I saw in EUCLID (I live in northern Portage Co and work in Akron) on Monday, June 25. The ortho who saw me (and her resident) were wonderful...availability of "same day" appointments is not accurately portrayed by CCF. Same day if I had wanted to drive nearly 2 hours....as it is I drove almost 1 hour.
