Appointment with doctor was scheduled prior to labs. Labs were scheduled an hour after the appointment. The doctor could not see me without the lab results. I sat in the waiting room for almost an hour and a half until the labs were finally done. Once the nurse brought me in to the doctor he had to get the lab results in order to determine whether I would have chemo.

Reviewed on Feb 21, 2019

The doctor is excellent. Lab needs work.

Care provider was very personable and very concerned about my condition. The doctor's comment "I'm here to keep you alive". No other care giver has said that to me. He explained various options and we agreed on the direction. I feel totally confident he and his team are the best opportunity for me to extend my life.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Nagarajan. I am a snowbird who wanted to find an oncologist at Cleveland Clinic to continue my injections for my carcinoid syndrome treatment. During the appointment, Dr. Nagarajan took the time to discuss an alternative to Sandostatin injections I previously received including efficacy of that alternate as well as various established protocols that he followed. I left feeling totally confident in the recommendations of Dr. Nagarajan and look forward to an ongoing relationship.

Clinic is run well. The only thing I would like to see is a quiet room for patients to wait in. A room with soft lights, very quiet, no cell phones or conversations. Visits can be stressful and media, televisions, pianos., etc., are not helpful. Many doctors, hospitals and other health care providers are offering this type of reception area.

Reviewed on Sep 26, 2018

Doctor didn't keep us waiting and was extremely attentive. I didn't feel rushed and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction
