This and another doctor at OSU have been the best two doctors I have ever had! Dr. Mayuga (spelling?) was AMAZING! He listened to me, and came up with a very logical process to try to figure out what was going on with me. He was not trying to just hurry and get me out of his office. I appreciated everything about the visit with him, and I look forward to our next visit!

Great in Dr. Mayuga's dept, EKG dept poorly handled. I understand delays/staff call-offs/etc, but just felt the communication to the customer was lacking.

Sadly, I waited several months because to see my doctor. But I know it probably had something to do with covid setting things back. My dr was very thorough and very understanding about my health.

Dr Mayuga is an excellent doctor. He was concerned with changes in my health and wants to get to the bottom of it with further testing. I feel blessed to have gotten him as my dr after dr Jaeger retired. I feel he is more thorough than dr Jaeger was.

Reviewed on Nov 18, 2021

Dr. Mayuga was excellent in his analysis of my condition and proposals for tests to find the cause(es) of my light headedness and lack of balance. What most impressed me was his perseverance to use all the resources of Cleveland Clinic to find the cause. And I am confident that once he finds it, he will work with me to find a solution/remedy.

The overall patient experience was great. Long waits for appointments isn't ideal when I desperately need answers so I can get back to work, but is understood as part of a busy practice. Dr. Mayuga was courteous, kind, attentive, and has the amazing bedside manner all doctors should have.

This video visit was a follow-up for some autonomic testing I had done. The tests were conducted on July 1st and 2nd 2021, and the earliest follow-up I could schedule was for October 14th 2021. I understand that Covid restrictions have really taken a toll on doctor's schedules, but waiting over 3 months to ask questions about my test results is excessive.
