Dr. Hornacek is an excellent physician. She is smart, knowledgable, kind, caring and personable. She explained my complicated condition in a way that I could understand. She did not hurry through my appointment and took time to answer all of my questions. I am fortunate to have her on my Cleveland Clinic team. I highly recommend her!

After a year of frustration being sent from specialist to specialist, multiple ER visits and hospital stays ending with few results and answers, finally with gratitude and relief I felt I was being heard. DR. Hornachek took the time not only to listen but to treat me the patient and not just my symptoms. She explained what she thought may be wrong and recommended tests and referrals based on my symptoms and my disease progression. Thanks to Dr. Hornachek, I finally feel I am on the path towards a diagnosis or treatment plan.

Dr. Hornacek was incredible.She called me and we were able to talk for my visit. I think the virtual visits need to improved. The other Epic visits with other hospitals are much easier. I called the support system prior to my visit and I had everything working properly and my phone was updated. It is the only way I can do virtual visits.

I so appreciate Dr. Hornacek's care and knowledge about my health and my specific condition (FMD). She is understanding when I am feeling worried and encouraging when my progress has felt slow. She made me feel good about the progress I had made toward my health goals. This made me feel even more motivated to continue the hard work of modifying my food choices.

Dr. Deborah Hornacek was absolutely incredible. My diagnosis was rare and very confusing. Dr. Horneacek was very confident and informative going forward with my treatment testing and medication. She is an excellent doctor and I highly recommend her.

Being a patient from another state and a long drive I was thankful for the staff that helped me navigate from appointment to appointment.I was a bit anxious when my testing started almost an hour after the time I was told the first ultrasound. After I finished ultrasounds the lab rushed me back because I was late getting to them. Dr. Hornacek and her office staff was very professional, friendly and caring. 5 stars!

Dr. Hornacek was extremely attentive and intuitive to what was going on with my leg. She investigated beyond what her specialty is and looked for correlations between my leg swelling and my CKD. We formulated a plan to address my swelling Issues and reach out to the nephrology team. I truly appreciate her tenacity to find the source and solution to a problem. She Is by far one of the best.

My appointment with Dr. Hornacek was just what I hoped it would be. She was able to confirm my diagnoses of lipedema which was very validating after many years of other doctors not knowing what was wrong with me. She was very thorough and recommended a supplement I had not heard of that I am hopeful will provide some relief to my heavy aching legs. She also provided a surgical referral which I was hoping for. I look forward to working with Dr. Hornacek on managing my condition.

Fabulous experience with Dr. Hornacek. She was so dedicated to me during my appointment and diagnosed the blood clot that I have. She made sure that I was protected, since I am immunosuppressed, and took extra caution with me while waiting for Xray. She then, was involved with reading my XRay and admitted me to the hospital. Her bedside manner was amazing and knowledge was incredible. I am lucky to be in her hands.

Dr Hornasek was outstanding. I had a very uncommon symptom which required additional testing. She was able to keep me in the department and finish a significant part of the testing and then schedule further testing and a quick follow-up. Also her written notes in my chart were very thorough so I could understand the rare possibilities.
