Care provider is moving out state

My father's dementia can make him a bit unfocused, and I appreciated the patience of all the providers in the visit. They made him feel heard and at ease. They spent an incredible amount of time making sure all of our concerns were addressed. I really appreciated all they did.

Doctor was very considerate about explaining the results of my brain scan and results of walking effects I am having. He suggested I contact dr. Knapp for recommendation of a podiatrist to check me.

Dr. Leverenz is very busy so it was hard to get an appointment. Not a fault of the people scheduling or anything like that. He is just that busy!!
