I called on Friday and scheduled an office visit for Monday with another doctor since my doctor (Dr Rodrigues) was not available. I went to my appointment and was very impressed to see Dr Rodriguez. I was told he left his hospital rounds just to see me. Thank you Dr Rodriguez !!

Excellent overall experience. Cleveland Clinic provides the very best care available. I have complete confidence in Dr. Rodriguez and the cardiac care staff. I feel blessed to be able to obtain care there. Thank you!

the physician seemed very rushed during our appointment. It was disappointing because the diagnosis we were seeing him for was very concerning to us but we felt rushed and like our questions were being brushed off. We flew from out of state to see this provider because Cleveland it rate number 1 in the country for cardiovascular issues but were disappointed when we got there and were being rushed out the door.

Because my health issues seemed to Dr. Rodriguez and his Fellow, Dr. Meredith, to be more the results of lung issues, I was referred to the pulmonology dept. the following day.

Reviewed on Oct 29, 2018

Dr. L. Leonardo Rodriguez was incredible, knowledgeable and seemingly wanting to make the patient understand. Not only was he there to answer every question (stupid or relevant), what was especially nice was he took the time to show me (the echo cardiogram images) of where the problem was so I could have a strong visual image that something needed to be done. He talked with us at the end of the day when everything had been delayed for hours and he was as calm and as patient as anyone could want.

Reviewed on Oct 22, 2018

I absolutely love Dr. Rodriguez. He explains everything very clearly and seems to genuinely care.

I greatly appreciated the kindness, concern, and precision shown by Dr Rodriguez at my visit.

Natasha scheduled my appointments over the phone; she provides exceptional service. Raquel (msp?) at Dr. Rodriguez's office (front desk) is very diligent and helpful. She helped assist me with getting a CT scan through Cleveland Clinic's radiology department before I left for home (I live in the Chicago area).

Reviewed on Jul 9, 2018

Two of the front desk radiology department team members did not seem to know how to "fix" my issue with my insurance denial of the CT scan (denied because Cleveland Clinic forgot to provide the ordering physician's name). I had to call my insurance company, and finally Mark (?), a supervisor, seemed to get involved but then because I didn't know where he went, I went to Dr. Rodriguez's office and worked with Racquel (msp?) to put another CT scan order in STET to my insurance (who said that they would approve it). Not sure where the breakdown in communication was . . . I believe it was the scheduler who scheduled my CT scan and did not process the signed physician order properly. All in all, it worked out - thanks to Racquel who I believe talked to Mark (supervisor in Radiology department).
