This is the only place that was able help me after losing sensation in my hands and having real trouble walking in 2012.They started my treatment with my wants and needs in mind. Dr. Hua is the only doctor I've seen that has helped me understand my condition and my treatment options. They get me uber rides to and from appointments after I felt driving was unsafe for me also, they have been amazing in thier safety practices during the pandemic (I'm long term immuno suppressed). I felt very safe and properly informed in a time of extreme misinformation about how to go about getting vaccinated my condition while on my treatment.Thank you for helping me maximize my quality of life.

A 6 month wait for Dr. Hua is just crazy and makes me feel nervous about needing to see her.

Dr Hua does not like to be challenged or disagreed with. She can be condescending and very matter of fact when you don't agree with her. I have been shrugged off by her too many times

Reviewed on Feb 15, 2022

Dr Hua is the best doctor I have had the privilege to be associated with. Granted I would rather not have a condition that requires a doctor but if I could have Dr Hua as a care provider in every aspect of my healthcare I would. I don't have enough words to say how amazing of a doctor she is. From her knowledge to her care to everything about my experience with her, I appreciate Dr Hua more then words can say!

Dr. Hua is the best Neurologist who has treated me. She takes her time to answer your questions in layman's terms. When my appointment is finished, I walk away feeling like she is genuinely concerned for my well being, not just another person she is treating.

Reviewed on Sep 22, 2021

She explained to me what the doctors at the hospital missed on my mris. It was insane that they missed very vital information about what is actually going on with me. They missed all my new lesions and misdiagnosed my ms attack and she gave me the correct info. She's getting me an ms drug that will work very well for me and also cared very much about the pain I live with and also gave me the go ahead to get my foot possibly fixed. I'm grateful to her and wish my pain doctor would have listened to me about my concerns that Dr Huah and I discussed about my pain levels. She got angry with me and my ms specialist saying that she had no say in my pain issues and to let her do her job. I was quite hurt by her reaction and don't know how to proceed about that. I'll speak with Dr Huah about it on our next visit and get her advice.Thank you for being such a fantastic, professional and wonderful doctor. I'm sure with your help, I'll get a bit more relief and help than I've been getting these last several years.

When I called to set up an appt, person could not find Bill's records-it was like Cleveland Clinic had done an upgrade & he was not easily found. Finally I gave Bill's patient number & then he was there. That's when we scheduled a virtual appt, as Dr Hua couldn't schedule us until Nov in person. Virtual was very good.
