After seeing other providers at different locations that seemed to lack attention to detail and patient needs and concerns I was referred to The Cleveland Clinic. They are a highly rated medical facility, as are the Doctors for this reason.

It is very refreshing to have a physician/surgeon listen and answer questions without hesitation. In today's world, it is hard to be heard due to brash personalities. Kudos to these professionals. I greatly appreciate the feeling that I matter.

Although I totally understand, the doctor's availability made scheduling an appointment quickly very difficult; I had to wait three months for an appointment and nearly five months for surgery. I did not have an experience to evaluate #5.

Best surgical team. *Dr. Bloomfield is the best.

Reviewed on Jan 28, 2020

I have a condition which could flare up during surgery , causing the Crystal Clinic to cancel my scheduled surgery because they didn't want to "run the risk" and weren't "equipped to handle it" if it did. Dr. Bloomfield basically said, "we got this." That's why you go to a Cleveland Clinic facility
