The only reason for rating most of this section as fair is that no discussion could take place without Dr. Tolle having the medical records and out of caution he/we couldn't get to the point of true diagnosis and treatment. Again ..not his fought.

Dr Tolle was very focused and efficient. He called me back at my home several days later as he said he would. I liked him. He seemed very knowledgeable and orderly and disciplined in his decision making process. He carefully thought things through before giving his opinion and advice. I'm a physician myself. I think Dr. Tolle did an excellent job.
