Vanessa Dimoulas, APRN, seemed rushed, she only addressed the problem I had brought up with the nurse/assistant and not the main reason why I had made my visit (a Pap smear). When I brought up my Pap smear, she said we weren't doing that because this was a "problem visit." When I told her I had scheduled the appointment for a Pap smear and that it was extremely important for me to do it, she seemed annoyed. It seemed she had not even read my file, or she would have seen why I needed the Pap smear. Additionally, the Pap smear itself took 2 seconds, and she was not informative or helpful with the problem I had brought up, she simply said "everything looked fine" and left. Additionally, when I told her I wanted to get tested for HSV 1, she told me this is not something you test unless you have an outbreak. I told her I wanted to get tested anyway (my partner has HSV 1 and I have been wanting to get tested for years). She continuously denied this. However, I know several people that have been tested for this. This is not the first time I have been disappointed by the providers at Cleveland Clinic, in the gynecology department and in the gastroenterology dept. I always leave rushed, frustrated, and disappointed. However, the nurse/assistant was very sweet, very helpful, even gave me her own insight as to personal experiences with the problem I was having and she was comforting.

Very attentive, genuine and sweet provider. was recommended by my mom and will absolutely be returning.

I didn't have actual concerns. Time with doctor was really short, maybe about 10 minutes for the entire exam. Way more time in the waiting room than with the doctor.

The rest of the staff was good. My main concern here is the physicians assistant. I don't feel as if she asked enough questions or took the time to cover everything about my annual visit. Very bad experience.

examination was very brief. she did not allowed much time for an engagement or discussion. the inexperience showed. the last gynae doctor had at ckevekand was awesome

the doctor spent very little time addressing my problem, which still involves hot flashes and no sleep, which is making my life miserable. I left with no relief whatsoever and feel like I wasted my time. I have been a patient of Dr. Dimoulas for many years.

she just said I had to see another doctor, she didn't explain anything to me.
