I really feel like the doctor was great. He answered all my questions. I just feel like there needs to be more than just one doctor who can treat sleep problems. You obviously have the need if his appointment are that far in advance.

If I knew that this process was going to take so long I would of started it with a doctor outside of the Cleveland clinic. I feel that I have to stay with Cleveland and Dr. Smooley at this point.

Reviewed on Jul 2, 2019

Dr is exceptionally nice and helpful and intelligent.

Reviewed on Jul 1, 2019

The doctor was polite but I felt like the doctor had me on an assembly line and was just going down a checklist. His questions were multiple choice and we zipped through the visit in about 2 minutes. I understand that he is extremely busy and the first visit must be very routine, but I felt like I got ZERO personalized attention to my issues.

Reviewed on Jun 19, 2019

Dr. Smolley's method -- that I answer only what was asked when asked -- didn't work for my situation. I had two+ years of history that brought me there, but I don't feel he heard why I was there or what my concerns were, primarily because he didn't let the conversation flow freely. He suggested a goal, breathing better, yes, but I was there to find a different way to get there, in case I am not diagnosed properly. My current doctors are not sure I am and wished for me to see an additional doctor.
