Industry Relationships

Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists may collaborate with the pharmaceutical or medical device industries to help develop medical breakthroughs or provide medical expertise or education. Cleveland Clinic strives to make scientific advances that will benefit patient care and support outside relationships that promise public benefit. In order for the discoveries of Cleveland Clinic physicians' and scientists' laboratories and investigations to benefit the public, these discoveries must be commercialized in partnership with industry. As experts in their fields, Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists are often sought after by industry to consult, provide expertise and education.

To assure professional and commercial integrity in such matters, Cleveland Clinic maintains a program that reviews these collaborations and, when appropriate, puts measures in place to minimize bias that may result from ties to industry. Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.

As of 4/2/2018, Dr. Peck has reported no financial relationship with industry that is applicable to this listing. Public Health Service-Reportable Financial Conflicts of Interest. Cleveland Clinic scientists and physicians engage in basic, translational and clinical research activities, working to solve health problems, enhance patient care and improve quality of life for patients. Interactions with industry are essential to bringing the researchers' discoveries to the public, but can present the potential for conflicts of interest related to their research activities. Reviewed on Oct 10, 2018

I found Dr Peck to be very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Shortly after completing the treatment I began to notice improvement in the mobility of my knee and a decrease in the severe pain I had been experiencing.

Reviewed on Sep 21, 2018

The front desk staff person was very helpful to me in using the "check in kiosk". as always, Dr. Peck and his assistant are very caring and pleasant.

Reviewed on Sep 21, 2018

Dr. Peck recommended I follow up with a Podiatrist at Cleveland Clinic Weston - which I have already made the appointment. Dr. Peck is excellent is assuring that I receive only the care i need and does not perform any needed shot, or tests. Over the years I have been dealing with my foot issue, he is the only doctor who ordered an MRI to get a good image of my problem. Other Dr. In PA were recommending i have surgery when Dr. Peck said it was not needed.

Reviewed on Sep 21, 2018

I understand it is hard for Dr. Peck to maintain the exact schedule. He is very good doctor, he does not rush people thru, and he gives each patient the time it takes to give a good examination. I also understand he is not at the Palm Beach Gardens office daily, so there may be a demand on his time on the days that he is there. Dr. Peck and his assistant represent well why I choose to go to Cleveland Clinic.

Reviewed on Sep 21, 2018

Dr. Peck's assistant is excellent. She remembers me and my issues from previous appointments. She is always very pleasant.

Reviewed on Sep 17, 2018

To me, Fair is adequate. A patient rarely sees the Dr. exactly at appointment time. To me, this indicates that the physician takes the necessary time with each patient.

Reviewed on Sep 17, 2018

Neither the physician nor the nurse washed hands in front of me and neither wore gloves. However, that does not mean they did not wash up prior to entering the room. I could have asked. Also, the exam was for a tendonopathy of the forearm and didn't really require gloves.

Reviewed on Sep 4, 2018

Dr Peck has always been professional, thorough and seems to take a genuine interest in outcomes. I appreciate this about him as a Dr.

I was very pleased that I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Peck so quickly. I recently had an MRI & RAYS, I needed help understanding the results of those tests. Dr. Peck explained everything to me.

Evan is one of my favorite doctors at CC. He has always taken care of my issues and I really trust him. I've been a CC patient for over 10 years.

Dr. Even Peck was great. The appointment was short because he saw the X-ray knew what to do and did it. referred me to therapy and all good. I liked him a Lot and would see him again if I needed his specialty. Went to the therapy clinic and will see him again in six weeks. I like every one I have used at Cleveland Clinic

excellent customer service, understanding of my time to get in and out. Dr. Peck and staff were informative and provide options to my health needs . I have recommended the Cleveland Clinic to my family and friends.

Reviewed on Jun 26, 2018

Dr. Peck provides clear concise explanations as he performs my knee injections. He is also extremely patient with me as I am 94 years old. he is a well-informed physician and I trust his expertise explicitly.

Reviewed on Jun 20, 2018

Dr Peck was professional and very knowledgeable about orthopedic issues in regard to my broken ribs and my health. I have already referred friends to him and Cleveland Clinic.I was sitting in an urgent care office being told I needed to see a specialist. I called Cleveland Clinic and the woman helping me was outstanding & made an appointment for the next day. My husband and I both will remain at Cleveland Clinic for all of our health needs. Thank you.

Reviewed on Jun 7, 2018

Dr was very knowledgeable and gave me clear to understand information to assist me with improving my knee condition.

Reviewed on May 29, 2018

Doctor was an hour and 20 minutes late for my appt then I had to wait another 10 minutes in the exam room.

Reviewed on May 22, 2018

Dr. Peck is an excellent physician who is compassionate and understanding. He carefully reviewed the x - rays with me, answered my questions thoroughly, and provided clear follow- up instructions. My visit with him was 100% positive, and I highly recommend him to friends and family.

Reviewed on May 22, 2018

I had requested an appointment for the same day, and the fact that I was able to be scheduled as such was quite a pleasant surprise. The wait time to see Dr. Peck was understandable since the appointment was scheduled on short notice. I am very grateful for this accommodation. Thank you

Dr Evan Peck was great at my 1st visit, but terrible this visit. Hardly evaluated my shoulder & elbow problem. didn't look through all the exercises I brought in to ask whether I should still be doing them. Ordered an MRI & sent me home

great medical care. kudos to Dr. Peck.

Reviewed on Apr 12, 2018

I spent more time waiting to see the care provider that I actually spent with the care provider.

Reviewed on Apr 2, 2018

hard to see primary doctor in a urgent but non life threatening situation. This has happened several times. Offers have been extended to see another doctor but not my long term primary doctor. Maintaining that relationship with our primary doctor is very important to us. You've already established your relationship and that doctor knows most things about you without having to go over everything with a fill in doctor.

Reviewed on Jan 25, 2018

Dr. Peck is professional, kind and answers all of my questions in a way that I can understand.

Reviewed on Jan 5, 2018

Dr. Peck is a very effective communicator and is particularly good at explaining the injury and healing processes along with the role of physical therapy.
