The care I received was excellent, my issues were of not being informed of the delay issues and the estimated times of delays. Arriving at the clinic by 11:40 and not leaving until 4:30 for two tests and a Doctors appointment was unexpected and disappointing. Dr. Krawn is excellent, caring, knowledgeable and professional!

Again. Dr. Kwan's office was very pleasant . . . My bad experience was with the MRI/EKG testing site, and the fact that I didn't get to see Dr. Johnston and no one has followed up to tell me the results of my tests or a recommendation.

The team and doctor that did the right heart catheterization today were superb in explaining the steps as well as providing a very comfortable environment with which the procedure was done. I was on the bike for 30 minutes and very much enjoyed the experience and friendly exchange with the doctor and staff.I was very pleased to receive a call from Dr. Kwon only 3 hours following the procedure informing me of the results and the next steps. I thought that this was exceptional to be contacted by my doctor so quickly and to be discuss my next visit in October.

I am very glad that I reached out to the Cleveland Clinic for help with my cardiac issues. Everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly. Dr. Kwon made me feel like she was taking my issues seriously, which is NOT what I have experienced with my cardiologists at home. I am confident that Dr. Kwon will help me, as we continue with more tests.

I have had unusual health issues throughout my life. Mist recently, I made the decision to contact the Cleveland Clinic because of my cardiologist's attitude back home. traveling to the Cleveland Clinic was the best decision I could have made. Dr. Kwon and the nurse/assistant, and everyone else I came in contact with made me feel as if my problem was their first priority. It was made very clear that they were there to help me and to figure out what is wrong and how to correct it and deal with it.

My apologies...I started this earlier and may have submitted prematurely ( and can't seem to access it to continue. ) Dr. Kwon is always extremely professional, thorough, and kind. We are blessed to be able to travel to Cleveland Clinic, where we feel we are in the best hands on the planet. We pray daily for Dr. Kwon, Dr. Smedira, Dr. Stewart, and all professional and support staff at every level of my care and experience. Everyone - from entering until leaving, was very professional ( as always ), and this time especially careful regarding the necessary precautions required due to Covid. We are truly grateful, and again blessed, to have Dr. Kwon and to always experience the professionalism of all on staff there. It is easy to see why they continue to be number 1 in Cardiology. Our sincere thanks to everyone at the Cleveland Clinic!
