Dr. Lucas used excellent professional judgment regarding how to stitch my incision. Bedside manner was okay, but could be a bit more sensitive (especially when lidocaine became less effective....)

Access to appointments is a bit of a struggle, though I've learned to make them as far in advance as I am able. Dr. Lucas is very responsive through MyChart, though, which I am appreciative of.

I schedule an appointment with Dr. Lucas twice a year to have her check me for skin cancer. She found a skin cancer on the side of my nose that I had been complaining about by a previous doctor at the clinic. They kept telling me it was adult acne and I had never in my life had that and I kept saying it couldn't be adult acne, etc. The moment Dr.Lucas saw it, she knew it was skin cancer, scheduled me for the procedure and I was amazed at the length of the procedure. I'm grateful for her for listening to me and not acting like I, the patient did not know her own body. Dr.Lucas gives me credit for knowing my body and what (I thin =k is wrong with it. I always ask for her for my 6 month skin cancer checkups and have been extremelu pleased with her continued courtesy and professionalism!

Again, Dr.Lucas is always courteous and professional.

Dr. Lucas asked all the right questions, very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
