Dr Ellis is very professional, observant, caring, and a great teacher about your illness. He explains everything so you can understand what is wrong and how it can be fixed or at least worked on. I was told "Game over" by another dr. Dr. Ellis did test to find out and assured me the game was NOT over. There were things we could do to better my condition and try to fix it if different steps didn't work. He did urge me to stop smoking, but did not put me down because I did smoke. I appreciated that so much. I didn't feel like a failure.
