Ms. Duan Explained everything to me and when she did I felt more at ease. She reviewed my chart and blood work, explained everything to me and was very professional and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered. She listened to what I had to say and took notes. I was very satisfied with the treatment I received.

I was nervous to tell the Dr. About my issues. But, she was very kind and made me feel comfortable. I read her notes after my visit and they were very accurate. I felt safe in her presence to tell her any issues I was having. I feel she heard me and responded with kindness and compassion.
