Brittney was wonderful. First, I was able to relate to her due to being close in age but she was so kind, explained everything in detail, and jargon, that I could understand and she took her time with me. I didn't feel like a number to her but like a true patient. She was incredibly sweet too!

I am finding it is much easier to get an appointment with a Nurse Practioner than an actual doctor at Cleveland Clinic. That being said I have had great experiences (as good or better) with NPs and DAs than with actual doctors!
