I met Sydnie Bournival for the first time at this visit. I found Sydnie to be very knowledgeable and concerned about my condition. She answered all of my questions and put me well at ease. Sydnie is a very caring, respectful and pleasant person.

Sydney was informative, factual and knowledgeable. She was really nice, but I could've used a little more warmth and a little bit of getting to know me first before diving in to the appointment. Again, like I said, answered all my questions, gave me information, insured that I would've been scheduled with Dr. Wengler, and very informative on everything we talked about. I liked her.

Video visits serve a purpose but will never replace in person visits. The doctor, nurse practitioner and the staff are so nice and so efficient. I enjoy seeing them in person.

Sydnie gave me a thorough exam. She listened to my concerns and gave me instructions how to correct it. She was patient and caring. I felt very relieved when I left the office.
