All of the staff were friendly and smiling. It is the first doctors office I felt the employee's enjoyed their jobs. I felt very comfortable.

Norma Pichardo is a provider that truly cares for her patients and it shows. Her concerns are sincere and she really does take her time to know her patient both personally and medically. She is also one of the few providers who take their time with you and is not rushing through the appointments. She is truly one of a kind! Keep her always

This was my first visit with Norma Pichardo and I found her to be outstanding. She is extremely thorough, takes time to ask questions and listens carefully to the patient. Good medical recommendations were offered, and appropriate tests and procedures were ordered. It was a comprehensive visit that did not feel rushed.

Last summer I had an er visit for abdominal pain and was told to see my dr in 10 days but couldn't get in for months! I was skeptical I would get in this time but called anyways and got an apt next day. I was so relieved.

Norma is absolutely wonderful! She takes the time needed to assess and evaluate every possible scenario. She ordered a sonogram because I had some episodes of vomiting, come to find out there is a problem with my pancreas. I would not otherwise have known about. Further testing has been ordered (MRI). I'm so lucky to have her looking out for me!
