I liked Haley. I had some serious concerns about a particular medications side effects that I was experiencing full force. Haley and I had a conversation about the importance to me to continue with this medication and my fear of it. She consulted with the Dr heading my treatment and a solution was found. I'm very, very pleased that my concerns were addressed with respect and Haley's presentation of risks. I felt she listened and cared.

NP Haley Whitfield should be considered a Cleveland Clinic "ambassador" for the good will and cheer she provides to patients. She Is thoroughly knowledgeable, totally professional, courteous, explains situations and issues clearly and makes them easy to understand. She provides a sense of calm with serious matters and offers genuine understanding. We feel fortunate to have secured an appointment with her and hope we can continue In the future.

Mrs. Haley Whitfield is a true professional and an excellent representative of your organization. She is a great listener and able to understand my concerns and fears. I found her to be highly intelligent and most importantly, she is genuine and truthful. She doesn't go around circles explaining my medical condition,and yet she is diplomatic. I feel safe with her decisions.
