Nicole had exceptional follow up from the discussion on the virtual visit. My primary reason for the visit was to have the yearly assessment to renew my CPAP supplies, however, Nicole noted some trends in my CPAP values and discussed this information with the lead provider within the office in order to provide communication back to me.
