Katie Z is such a fabulous care provider. She remembers my history, takes time which I'm sure she is slim on to talk about all aspects of health, is cognizant of Insurance ramifications and I feel very lucky to have her as my Dr.

Being a new resident in Martin County, FL, I am unfamiliar with Cleveland Clinic. After my appointment with Katie, PA. I have a better understanding of how the system works and am able to schedule appointments with specific doctors.

Katie Zaccheo is the best! She knows her stuff! She's highly professional, and gets to any problems I have immediately. She has "great bedside personality". Cleveland Clinic is fortunate to have her.

Dr Z is the best practitioner I have had in years. She listens then writes, she listens then asks questions, she listens then explains a plan of action. You can see what most patients want in a Physician is to listen with their undivided attention.

I really appreciated the extended amount of time that was spent with me and that I was listened to and heard. I have had previous providers that did not listen and jumped to conclusions. I felt very comfortable with the care and treatment plan.
