Ms. Berlin is wonderful!! She let me take the lead in telling her my history but asked thorough followup questions to do her own assessment of me. She heard all of my concerns and calmed me of from each of them. I LOVE that she didn't rush to judgement on how to treat me, but took her time, gathered more information, and then work on deciding appropriate next steps for "ME" no cookie cutter care for me, she is individualizing my care.

This is my first time having Cleaveland Clinic as my primary care provider but all other times that I've got to them for tests, the experience has been great and I feel so far that my care with my primary provider will be the same.

My provider was excellent. She reviewed my file be and test results before she came into exam room. She was knowledgeable about me and fully attentive. She looked at me most of the time, not the computer screen

Bernie Placide is wonderful, but haven't seen a MD in over a year, now have an appointment coming up in September to meet my new MD. Seems every time I get a new doctor they leave.

I love Berley Placid , she is kind , attentive and patient . Very intune to your needs and takes her needed time to give you the attention you need. If I go to dr and I am rushed I loose thought and forget to cover my concerns. I never feel that with her. So glad she is part of your team .
