Description
The primary objective of this study is to identify the biochemical mechanisms that underlie resistance to hormonal therapies in advanced prostate cancer and to define the underlying mechanisms.
Inclusion Criteria
Patients with advanced prostate cancer, with a history of rising PSA or progressive metastatic disease while on active ADT, or candidates for hormonal therapy, as determined by the treating physician. For metastatic tissue procurement, patients must also have metastatic disease that is amenable to CT- or ultrasound-guided biopsy.
