They need to know if you have any of these conditions:
Take this medication by mouth. Take it as directed on the label. You can chew it completely before swallowing or swallow the tablets whole. You can take it with or without food. If it upsets your stomach, take it with food.
Talk to your care team about the use of this medication in children. While it may be given to children as young as 2 years for selected conditions, precautions do apply.
Overdosage: If you think you have taken too much of this medicine contact a poison control center or emergency room at once.

Other people in your house may need treatment. Many parasites, such as pinworms, can be spread easily by close contact.
To prevent re-infection and spread to others, shower each morning to remove eggs from the skin. Do not co-bathe with others while infected. Practice good hygiene, such as washing hands with soap and warm water after using the toilet or changing diapers and before handling food. Keep your fingernails short and avoid biting your nails. Change underclothes and bed linens first thing in the morning. Carefully place these items in the washer and launder in hot water followed by a hot dryer.
