Virtual Visits

Virtual Visits

MyClevelandClinic® is online medical care built for the way you live today. It’s a simple, affordable service that lets you see a provider whenever, however, wherever you want to, online or by mobile app. Once you’re connected, your provider can review your history, answer your questions and at their discretion diagnose, treat and even prescribe medication. If you receive a prescription, we’ll send it straight to your pharmacy.

The service is available to anyone over the age of 18 years old and children between the ages of 2 and 18, accompanied by a parent or guardian.

If you have chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, a severe headache, broken bone or other serious problems, please go to the nearest emergency department or 911.

Types of virtual visits

Express Care virtual visit: No appointment necessary. Download the MyClevelandClinic® app for an on-demand virtual visit with a healthcare provider. This service is available for adults and children ages 2 and up, accompanied by a parent or guardian. Scheduled virtual visit: An appointment that is scheduled in advance with your primary care doctor or specialist and conducted through the MyClevelandClinic® app. These types of virtual visits are typically follow-up appointments for a wide variety of reasons, including before and after surgery, infectious disease visits, medication reviews, pregnancy and infant well-checks and more.

Virtual pediatric primary care: A scheduled pediatric primary care appointment through the MyClevelandClinic® app. Get the expert pediatric care your child needs in the comfort of your own home. This option is ideal when seeking treatment for allergies, colds, coughs, fevers, or when your child needs a prescription refill.
