Your Coronary Arteries

The heart gets its own supply of blood from the coronary arteries. Two major coronary arteries branch off the aorta, close to where the aorta and the left lower chamber of the heart (ventricle) meet. These arteries and their branches supply blood to all parts of the heart muscle.
