Six Month Post Surgery
Hello I’m Dr. Svensson, Chairman of the Heart and Vascular Institute.
We will send you a survey in the next couple weeks to find out how you're doing. Taking time to complete this survey will help us improve treatments for future heart surgery patients.
The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.

If you need more immediate assistance, do not hesitate to contact your local physician or your Cleveland Clinic Cardiologist. We also have Resource Nurses available to assist you. Call the number you received while in the hospital – or use MyChart to message your health care team.
In the case of an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
