What To Expect

In virtual group sessions on Zoom, our health coaches will show how your physical, mental, social and financial health can affect focus and resilience.

This month-long program consists of four weekly sessions that we repeat every month. Each week covers a different topic:

  • Mindset
  • Movement
  • Sleep
  • Stress resilience

You’ll learn new habits and routines to help you stay mindful and meet challenges head-on. Mindfulness can help you feel calmer, more present, and better able to manage daily stress and difficult emotions.
