With over 25 years of experience and interest in the healthcare field, Mrs. Crawford spent her formative years with McKinsey & Company. As a consultant in the healthcare, insurance and energy industries, she primarily focused on strategic analysis and cost reduction. Prior to McKinsey, Deborah worked with Deloitte consulting with an emphasis on streamlining operations. In addition, she was Executive Director of Red {an orchestra}, an early stage, non-profit organization.
Active in the community, Mrs. Crawford currently serves as a Trustee on the National Board of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation and a Trustee of Hathaway Brown School, where she is a member of the Executive Committee and chairs the Strategic Horizons Task Force. Previously, Mrs. Crawford served on the Rainbow Babies & Children’s Foundation Board as Vice President of the Board, as member of the Executive Committee, Treasurer and Benefit Co-Chair.
Mrs. Crawford received her MBA degree with honors from the University of Chicago and Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Miami University.
