The nurse assistant took extra time to check various ways to give me my ECHO results since everything was held up. She didn't want me to stress out. She said she would give me a message in MyChart as soon as final results became available and she did! Awesome!!

The care provider was a PA trainee. She did an outstanding job in all of the above areas, however I would have liked to have been informed of the change in care giver prior to my appointment.
