Communications with Cleveland clinic are very difficult hard to reach doctors hard to make appointments hard to make appointments in my area. Just not a good time.

All receptionist, nurses, doctors doctors assistance are great communication leaves a lot to be desired phones, making appointments emergency situations

Well, I'm sick. I need to talk to a doctor or a doctors assistant for help. I don't get that with the Cleveland clinic.
