Reviewed on Oct 1, 2019

Dr. Rex never apologized or acknowledged for the hour and a half delay before seeing me. Her med student acknowledged it, but that was it. I understand that stuff hits the fan, but you can help smooth things over by owning up to it and informing the patient. Dr. Rex didn't even touch the area for "fear of making things worse." My pain level was between a 0 - 1, I don't think she would've made things worse.
