Doctor offered me options regarding course of treatment going forward, listened to my preferences regarding timeline, and together we made a tentative plan for timing of further treatments and surgery.

Not impressed with the care provider. I was in pain (still am) & I felt she just brushed it off. Don't feel I got the help I was looking for. From a fall 2 months ago I know have osteoarthritis? With no real explanation as to why & what can be done. Felt like she didn't think it was serious but I was & am still in pain. Also felt like she wanted me to make all the decision but she is the doctor & should have been suggesting a game plan. Left frustrated with no real answers. Don't think I'll be back & would not recommend her to anyone.

Good with Dr. Rex, but the radiology Dept. terrible. Behind. Waited 15-20 min, then they sent me to other building because there was no wait. I also waited for 15-20 min. Then I had to go back to first building to Dr. Rex at which point they were pissed I was late. Your people need to communicate with each other! I was initially there 2 minutes EARLY!!

Reviewed on Sep 8, 2020
Horrible experience. Doctor spent less than 10 minutes with me. I had a list of specific questions I never got to ask because she was so rushed. She performed an exam but didn't respond to any of my specific concerns or ask me if I had questions. She simply referred me to another provider, which I cannot afford. I don't know what I'm supposed to do, what the prognosis is, or if there is anything I should avoid. She barely made eye contact with me. I felt like no one in the medical staff cared about me or wanted to help me at all.
