This is a schedule with a different doctor that I'm used to so that's why they're rating for fair. She wasn't available. What can I do but I was pleased with the choices that I received. I thought my phone person was amazing and I truly appreciate it how she found someone for me. I just had a drive across town, which was meh.

Mary Toal is excellent. She has a beautiful style, listens, looked at my scalp, wanted my input, and then agreed with what I thought would be best as my alopecia is stable. She's a smart doll!

She was nearly ten minutes late (so I was in the "waiting room" for 20 minutes) and the appointment was only about ten minutes long. That timing is frustrating. Also, for a dermatologist who has never seen me before, she never asked to see my hands (effected area)

Appointment should have been cancelled due to no internet at that time. I feel she did the best she could with what she had but as a patient, I feel it wasn't a thorough examination because she had no access to my personal chart and things she was watching every year.

Dr.Toal Has always been excellent! In this instance, I appreciated her thoroughness in making certain I have not developed any skin cancer. I have concerns after I spent so much of my life tanning on the beaches, on the ocean shore.

The dermatologist that I had been seeing was booked until October but Dr. Toal was able to accommodate my schedule for an earlier appointment for a condition that needed an assessment.

Mary Toal is a wonderful practitioner. My treatment is changing and she carefully explained my options and made a recommendation for my next step. She gave me a printout of another drug that may help me with the form of alopecia I have. She has a wonderful, clear style. I feel lucky to have her and also another nurse named Natalie.
