Mary Toal is a wonderful practitioner. My treatment is changing and she carefully explained my options and made a recommendation for my next step. She gave me a printout of another drug that may help me with the form of alopecia I have. She has a wonderful, clear style. I feel lucky to have her and also another nurse named Natalie.

Provider was over 30 mins late to my appointment, and I was her first appt of the day. Upon arrival; the nurse advised that Mary Toal was still in her commute and would be about 30 mins more.

It is difficult to get a dermatology appointment. I suspect the group is under resourced. I expected to see and MD instead of a PA. However, Mary Toal was very competent. I was very satisfied with her review and treatment.

I thought the provider would take more time with me as a new patient to ask questions and more fully examine for a baseline assessment. I had switched from a Summa Care Akron dermatologist at the recommendation of family, but was not impressed with the thoroughness of this care/exam.

Dr. Mary Toal was very caring and honest. She advised she was not a specialist for my chronic disease but took a biopsy, prescribed Pred and antibiotics and is referring me to a specialist. I travelled 2 hours for the appointment and look forward to seeing the specialist.
