Melanie is the BEST! She LISTENS, asks great questions, and takes the time to answer questions. You never feel like she's rushing you or trying to get to the next appointment. She definitely cares for her patients and it shows.

Both Melanie Loyd and Dr. Megan Kraull have been wonderful to work with. I can't say enough good things about their treatment, counseling, interest in my issues, reviewing tests results, prescriptions and explanation of meds ALL have been thorough and ongoing. Melanie Lloyd APRN was great! She took her time to listen to me and answer all my questions. Not once did I feel like I was "holding her up". She was very kind and made sure that I had a way to get in touch with her when needed
