I am totally impressed with the Cleveland Clinics. A great t many times when visiting a Dr you are rushed and don't get explanations about your illness. We are paying for the services and many Dr don't give you enough attention. Or explain the problem and treatment.

I appreciate virtual visits and hope to rely on them forever. This option has improved access for me from 1 physician at the Cleveland Clinic to 4 physicians. If I didn't have this option, I would not be able to access such great quality care. Virtual visits have been a positive outcome of the pandemic. Please continue these visits. Dr. Miranda and Dr. Singh were amazing! I'm a nurse with over 40 years healthcare experience, therefore have high expectations. They had taken the time to review all my records prior to the visit, explain in detail thoughts regarding a diagnosis and next steps. I was not rushed and felt the visit was extremely thoughtful. Additionally she immediately referred me to a colleague for co-management. She responds to questions in My Chart within hours - this type of direct access is extremely valuable. My local physicians are also impressed and grateful for this highly well coordinated care.
