I'm very pleased with the care and services of Dr Jones

Dr. Jones is incredibly pleasant. Would highly recommend her.

This was a very bad experience with Dr Jones; I needed to schedule an appointment to pickup repaired hearing aides and could not get an appointment for nearly 4 weeks according to central scheduling. I had to go to open walk-in clinic and wait to be seen as her schedule allowed. Additionally I have had a number of bad experiences with Dr Jones - she is condescending and just plain rude to her patients. I have never had a doctor ask me to describe my problem and then hold up a hand to my face and tell me to stop talking - her exact words were "no need to elaborate, I know what the problem is". I received my hearing aides approximate 12 weeks ago and have had 3 very difficult appointments with her. At this point, I am going to find a different audiologist to see for future needs. I have seen her verbally berate staff in front of patients and she speaks to patients in a very rude and condescending fashion.
