Because of extreme weather conditions, we missed my appointment. Dr Burrows was nice enough to still see me after we traveled 21/2 hours for a 30 minute drive. Dr Burrows didn't have to accommodate us, but we are so appreciative that she did

The Ent doctor was careless!!!! Did not explain any thing and suggesting any treatment and cause of my problem!!! He did not explain which ear has mor problem!!!He only spend 4 minutes time with me!! I am disappointed of this service. I drove from Warren to cc doctor and it was east of time!!!!

Dr. Burrows is so pleasant, knowledgeable, and detailed in her explanations throughout the visit. She is truly an asset to the Clinic and I have felt confident to recommend her to my friends & family. Her assistant was also personable, helpful, and detailed in explanations for the hearing device. The office seems to be run smoothly and the atmosphere there is positive and cheerful. Dr. Burrows shows patience and kindness to her patients, and I'm so thankful to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Burrows is a first class doctor ! She is a great representative of the Clinic. Such an asset! To be sure, her knowledge is thorough, she is detailed in her explanations, and she is friendly, enthusiastic, and personable. Dr. Burrow relays all important information & the mechanics that are necessary for the patient & the hearing devices. I appreciate her expertise & her communication skills. She is helpful in many determine factors of patient choice in hearing care. Dr. Burrows makes a crucial connection to the patient and makes my experience truly outstanding.
