I initially had some trouble scheduling the appointment as I was not able to message Tina Marks directly from MyChart - after I scheduled an appointment over the phone, which is a pain, I was then able to message Tina Marks to get an appointment at the location/time I desired. I should be able to message any of my care providers directly without having to go through this.
